Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI & RC), Rawalpindi, invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible vendors for the supply of electrical items for the Financial Year 2024–2025.

This opportunity is open to authorized distributors, resellers, partners, and dealers who are registered with Pakistan’s Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities.

Scope of Supply

PKLI is seeking bids from manufacturers, general order suppliers, and sole proprietors for the complete supply of electrical items, delivered on-site to PKLI Rawalpindi. Detailed specifications and quantities are available in the official bidding documents.

Bidding Process

• This tender follows the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding method (Technical & Financial).

• All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADs).

• No hard copy bids will be accepted under any circumstances.

Key Deadlines

• Last Date to Submit Bids: July 2, 2025, by 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening Date & Time: July 2, 2025, at 11:30 AM (same day), via E-PADs

Bid Security Requirement

• A bid security of Rs. 122,588/- is required (2% of the estimated value of Rs. 6,129,361/-).

• This must be uploaded on E-PADs and submitted in original on bid opening day.

• Accepted forms of bid security include Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order, payable to Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Centre.

• Bids without valid bid security will be rejected.

Additional Information

• Bid Validity: All bids must remain valid for 180 days from the date of opening.

• Pre-Bid Meeting: Interested bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department Conference Room, PKLI Lahore.

• If the deadline falls on a public holiday, bids will be accepted the next working day.

• Bidding documents are available free of charge and can be accessed online starting from the date of publication.

• For any queries, bidders can contact the Supply Chain Department, PKLI & RC, during business hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Important Notes

• All procurement activities will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

• PKLI shall not bear any costs incurred by bidders in preparing or submitting their proposals.
