Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (PUNJMIN), through its Padhrar Coal Project, located opposite PTCL Exchange, Chakwal Road, Padhrar, District Khushab, invites sealed tenders for the excavation of two incline mines to access coal seams.

The entire bidding process will be conducted through e-Procurement.

Important Dates

• Last Date & Time to Submit Bids: Wednesday, 9th July 2025 at 12:00 PM

• Bid Opening: Wednesday, 9th July 2025 at 12:30 PM

• Submission Platform: All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Tender Requirements

1. Bid Security:
   All bids must be accompanied by a refundable bid security in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order, drawn in favor of Punjab Mineral Development Corporation.
   Bids submitted without the bid security will not be accepted.

2. Verification of Instruments:
   Original CDR/Pay Orders must be submitted physically at the project office address (given below) before 12:00 PM on 9th July 2025.

3. Tender Documents:
   Tender forms and details can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and Punjab e-Procurement websites from the date of publication.

4. Right to Cancel:
   PUNJMIN reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason, prior to approval.

5. Tax Deduction:
   All applicable government taxes will be deducted from the bills of the successful bidder as per rules and regulations.

6. Mandatory PRA Registration:
   All bidders must be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).
