This opportunity is open to manufacturers, sole agents, and authorized importers who are registered with e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and relevant tax authorities.

Key Details

• Bidding Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014.

• Bid Submission Deadline: 8th July 2025 at 10:30 AM (online via e-PADS only)

• Bid Opening Date: 8th July 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Bid Validity: 120 days from the opening date

• Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost for each quoted item/lot (in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee). The original must be submitted before the bid opening.

• How to Participate:

  • Submit your e-Bid through the e-PADS portal before the deadline.

  • Upload scanned copies of your technical and financial proposals.

  • Include both Brand Name and Generic Name for each item in your proposals.

  • No hard copies of bids are needed—only online submission is accepted.

• Pre-Bid Meeting:
  A pre-bid meeting will be held on 24th June 2025 at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned. Interested suppliers are encouraged to attend for clarification.

• Important Caution:

  • If a bid file is found corrupted, unreadable, contains viruses, or is submitted under the wrong category or lot, it will be rejected.

  • For lot-wise submissions, make sure your bid is uploaded under the correct lot, or it will not be evaluated.

• Holidays:
  If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the new date. Timing and venue will remain the same.

• Responsibility:
  The Institute will not be responsible for internet issues, late submissions, or any errors during online upload. Bidders are encouraged to submit early to avoid last-minute problems.

• Governing Rules:
  This tender process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
