Overview

Government College of Technology (GCT), Mianwali, operating under TEVTA, invites encrypted electronic bids from eligible and active taxpaying firms. Bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The purpose is to procure training materials for specific trades, to be delivered and installed (where applicable) at designated locations.

Tender Packages

Important Instructions for Bidders

• Tender Documents:
  The bidding documents, containing complete specifications, terms, and conditions, are available free of cost on the e-PADS portal and PPRA Punjab website. Bidders are encouraged to download and review them thoroughly.

• Submission of Bids:
  Encrypted e-bids must be submitted online via the e-PADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 09 July 2025. Late submissions will not be entertained.

• Opening of Bids:
  Submitted e-bids will be opened as per the schedule mentioned above, in accordance with TEVTA's procurement policy.

• Bid Security Requirement:
  Original bid security, as per the specified amount for each package, must be submitted physically to the address mentioned below. Acceptable formats include:

  • Bank Guarantee

  • Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)

  • Banker’s Cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft
    The bid security should be made in favor of the Principal, Government College of Technology, Mianwali, and must be submitted before the bid submission deadline.

• Additional Notes:

  • Only e-bids submitted through the official e-PADS portal will be considered.

  • All relevant procurement rules under PPRA 2014 will apply.

  • Bids should remain valid as specified in the tender documents.
