Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable contractors for the provision of office boys at the PLRA Head Office in Lahore. This procurement will be carried out under the Single Stage – Single Envelope Method, as per the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014.

All interested bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Manual, conditional, postal, or telegraphic submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Bid Submission Instructions

Bids must be submitted online only through the EPADS portal.
Bid Security must be uploaded on the EPADS portal at least 30 minutes prior to the bid opening time.
Acceptable formats for bid security include Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Bank Draft, issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA).
Original Bid Security must also be submitted in hard copy to the address mentioned below before the bid closing time. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, even if the bid is submitted online.

Bids will be opened by the authorized committee through the EPADS system at the designated time in the presence of any bidders who choose to attend.
