The Medical Superintendent, Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital, Sargodha, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the framework contract regarding the procurement of Liquid Oxygen along with Storage Tank and Vacuum Insulated Evaporator (VIE) System, fully equipped with all necessary accessories and fittings.

This procurement is crucial to ensure an uninterrupted supply of medical gases to support critical patient care services throughout the hospital during the financial year 2025–26.

• Bid Submission Deadline:
  8th July 2025 at 11:30 AM
  (Via Punjab e-Procurement System - e-PADS)

• Bid Opening (Technical Proposals):
  8th July 2025 at 12:00 PM (Same day)

• Bid Security:
  All bidders must submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost (as specified in the bidding documents).
  This must be provided in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent before the submission deadline.

• Mandatory Registration: All interested firms must be registered on e-PADS to be eligible to participate.
