Tender Notice – Framework Contracts for FY 2025–2026
The District Police Office, Toba Tek Singh invites sealed bids from reputable and financially stable firms for the provision of various goods and services for the financial year 2025–2026 (valid up to 30th June 2026). Bidding will be carried out in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (updated), through an Open Competitive Bidding process – Single Stage, Two Envelope (lot-wise) system.
Firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments, and should have relevant prior experience.

Instructions for Bidders

Submission Process:
Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), in accordance with the e-procurement guidelines. -
Bid Format:
Bidders are required to submit technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes, enclosed together in one sealed package. -
Opening of Bids:
All technical and financial bids will be opened on 08 July 2025 at 10:00 AM via the EPADS software, in the presence of the Procurement Committee and representatives of the bidding firms. -
Tax Requirements:
All quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, as per government rules. -
Bid Validity:
Bids must remain valid for the duration of the financial year or until otherwise specified. No late submissions will be entertained. -
Availability of Documents:
Bidding documents are available through EPADS and the Punjab PPRA website. Interested firms should ensure timely access and submission via the official system.
Important Notes:

Incomplete, unsigned, or improperly sealed bids will be rejected outright.

Firms failing to provide valid registration or earnest money will be disqualified.

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, without assigning any reason, as per PPRA Rules 2014 (Sections 33 & 35).
