Tender Nos. 01/2025-26 to 08/2025-26

The THQ Hospital Muridke has received funds from the Government of Punjab and intends to use part of this budget for the procurement of essential supplies and services under various framework contracts for the financial year 2025–26.

Sealed bids are invited from eligible manufacturers, authorized sales/service dealers, and vendors (registered taxpayers/filer) for the supply of the following categories:

Bidding Details

1. Bidding Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended).

2. Availability of Documents: Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS).

3. Bid Submission Deadline:

   • All bids must be submitted online via e-PADS in PDF format by 07-07-2025 at 09:30 AM.

   • Original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent before the deadline.

4. Bid Security Requirements:

   • Must be 2% of the estimated cost (as per each tender).

   • Valid for 120 days.

   • Accepted forms: CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.

5. Bid Opening:

   • All bids will be opened on the same day, 07-07-2025, at 10:30 AM

   • Venue: Conference Room, THQ Hospital Muridke

   • Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

6. Mandatory Documents:

   • Valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration certificates must be submitted with the bid.

7. Tax Deduction:

   • All applicable government taxes will be deducted at source.

8. Rights of Procuring Agency:

   • The hospital reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance, as per PPRA Rule 35.

   • If any bidder is found to have submitted false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, the agency holds the right to disqualify that bidder under PPRA Rule 19.
