• This is a framework rate contract, meaning items will be supplied as needed—daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly—depending on hospital requirements and available budget.

• Cumulative price per lot will be considered for determining the lowest evaluated bid.

• Contract awards will be made on a lot-wise basis.
