Terms & Conditions

1. Bidding documents along with detailed terms and conditions will be available from the date of advertisement until 9th July 2025 at 10:30 AM from the procurement office.

2. The contract will be valid until 30th June 2026, starting from the date of issuance of the award letter. If the contractor performs satisfactorily, the agreement may be extended by up to 3 additional months.

3. If the department opts for a centralized contract later, the awarded contract may be cancelled without compensation.

4. Bidders must submit:

   • A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as a bid security in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Thal (MNS) Hospital, Layyah.

   • A copy of the computerized CNIC (duly attested).

   • An affidavit on a PKR 100 stamp paper, duly verified by an Oath Commissioner.

5. All contractors must pay applicable government taxes as per official rules and regulations. They are also responsible for maintaining quality and standards throughout the contract period.

6. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

7. Bidders must not be blacklisted or defaulters and must strictly follow all the relevant government rules and regulations.

8. If no successful bid is finalized on 9th July 2025, the bidding process will be repeated on 15th July 2025.

9. Any company, firm, or individual participating in the auction must be registered with the Income Tax Department and must submit a copy of their valid NTN (National Tax Number).
