Punjab Auqaf Organization, Data Darbar Zone, Lahore, is pleased to invite e-bids from eligible and reputable firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or their authorized agents/dealers/distributors for the procurement of langar (charity food) supplies for the upcoming 982nd Annual Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (R.A).

This procurement will be carried out under the Framework Agreement (Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure) as per the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, etc.).

Procurement Details (Lot-wise)

Important Instructions:

• Bidding Method: Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure (Technical + Financial in one package).

• Bidding Platform: All bids must be submitted exclusively through the e-PADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Interested parties must register on e-PADS to participate.

• Submission Deadline:
  E-Bids must be submitted online by 12th July 2025, no later than 12:00 PM.

• Opening of Bids:
  E-Bids will be opened on 12th July 2025 at 02:00 PM via the same platform.

Bid Security:

• Bidders must also submit the original 2% bid security (as per the lot’s estimated cost) in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order issued by any scheduled bank.

• The bid security must be addressed in favor of:
  Administrator Auqaf Darbar Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (R.A), Lahore,
  and submitted before the bid submission deadline in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant lot.

Additional Guidelines:

• All terms and conditions will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

• Bidders are strongly advised not to wait until the last minute to upload their bids on e-PADS. Timely submission is solely the bidder's responsibility.

• If the bid submission/opening date falls on a public holiday, the process will be conducted on the next working day at the same time.

• Any changes regarding the extension, approval, or cancellation of the tender will be made in accordance with PPRA regulations.
