Annual Tender Notice – Financial Year 2025–2026

Mayo Hospital Lahore invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized agents, and distributors registered for e-procurement through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). This tender is for the supply of various store items on a free delivery basis to Mayo Hospital, Lahore.

Important Instructions for Bidders

• Bidding Procedure:
  The tendering process will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure as outlined in Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended).
  Hard copies of bids are NOT required.

• Access to Documents:
  Interested bidders can view and download the detailed specifications, terms, and conditions directly from the E-PADS portal, the PPRA website, or the Mayo Hospital website.

• Submission Guidelines:
  All bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS before the respective deadline mentioned above. The bids will be opened on the same day, in the Conference Room of Surgical Tower, in the presence of the hospital’s Tender & Purchase Committee and representatives of the bidding firms.

• Bid Security Requirement:
  A 2% Bid Security of the total estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft on the date of tender opening. Failure to do so will result in the bid being rejected.

• Sample Submission:
  All bidders are required to submit physical samples of the quoted items to the designated pharmacist or storekeeper in the relevant store on the same day the bid is opened.

• Technical Notes:
  Mayo Hospital will not be responsible for issues such as late submissions due to internet failure, technical errors, or the bidder’s system limitations.

• Public Holiday Clause:
  If the scheduled tender opening date is declared a public holiday or becomes a non-working day due to any unforeseen reason, the process will automatically move to the next official working day at the same venue and time.

All procurement will be handled in line with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Bidders are encouraged to ensure timely and accurate compliance with the electronic submission process.
