The Children Library Complex (CLC), Lahore is inviting sealed bids from qualified individuals, manufacturers, authorized dealers, and supplier firms for the repair and servicing of the building’s HVAC system. This tender is part of our regular maintenance to ensure a comfortable environment for children and staff.

Scope of Work:

Key Tender Details:

• Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid for 45 days from the date of submission.

• Procedure: This tender will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope method. This means each bid must include:

  • A Technical Bid (with company profile, past experience, technical approach, etc.)

  • A Financial Bid (with quoted prices)

  • Both bids must be separately sealed, signed, and stamped and submitted as per instructions.

How to Participate:

1. Submission Platform: All bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by July 9, 2025, before 11:00 AM.

2. Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders on the EPADS portal.

3. Site Visit: Bidders are encouraged to visit the site beforehand for accurate estimation of piping and wiring work.

4. Bid Security: A 2% bid security of the estimated price (i.e., Rs. 32,000) must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Draft in favor of Children Library Complex Subscription.

   • A copy of the bid security should be attached to the technical bid.

   • Without this, the bid will be rejected.

Important Notes:

• CLC will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation or submission of the bid.

• Conditional bids or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

• The Children Library Complex reserves the right to reject any or all bids without providing justification. However, the reason for rejection can be shared upon request.

• If the bid submission or opening date happens to fall on a public holiday, the process will move to the next working day, with the same time and venue.
