WASA Faisalabad invites online tenders from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the execution of the following work, as per the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. All interested parties must ensure compliance with the updated PPRA Rules and fulfill the conditions outlined below.

Participation Terms & Guidelines

1. Eligibility:
   Only those contractors or firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under the relevant category and codes are eligible to apply.

2. Mandatory E-Registration:
   All interested parties must be registered on the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement Portal. Details about the registration process can be found on the Punjab PPRA official website.

3. Earnest Money Requirement:

   • Each bidder must submit Earnest Money @ 2.5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer, WASA Faisalabad.

   • A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal before the deadline.

   • The original CDR must be submitted in person to the Tender Opening Committee at least 30 minutes before the opening time, or the bidder will be disqualified.

4. Bid Submission & Opening:

   • After uploading the bids online, contractors may attend the bid opening session at the Office of Deputy Director (Water Resources), TR-7 Chak, Faisalabad, on the mentioned date and time.

   • The submitted bids will be retrieved and opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee, and the successful bid will be announced on the spot.

5. Consequences of Misrepresentation:

   • Submission of fake or forged documents or CDRs will lead to immediate disqualification and blacklisting of the firm. Strict action will be taken in accordance with PPRA rules.

6. Right to Reject:

   • As per PPRA Rule 35, the procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids without assigning any reason, at any time prior to the acceptance of any proposal.
