Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC), a public-sector organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Equipment for the following areas of the newly established LWMC Head Office:

• Video Wall Control Room

• Conference Room

• CEO’s Room

• Reception Area

This procurement will follow a national competitive bidding process using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The least cost selection method will be applied. Please note that joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed for this tender.

Bid Details

Important Instructions for Bidders

• Bidding documents will be available immediately after the publication of this notice and can be viewed or downloaded free of cost from the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites.

• All bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal (Punjab e-Procurement System) no later than 11:00 AM on July 07, 2025.

• The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

• The original bid security (amount mentioned above) must be submitted in hard copy to the LWMC Head Office at the address given below before the deadline for bid submission.

• Bids must be complete, signed, stamped, and in full compliance with the bidding documents.

• Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring timely and successful upload of their bids via EPADS. LWMC will not be responsible for any delay or failure in submission due to technical reasons.
