• Opening of bids:
  Same day (14th July 2025) at 10:00 AM via E-PADS

• Earnest Money (Refundable):
  Bidders must deposit Rs. 120,000 (5% of total estimated cost) via CDR/DD/PO, payable to Principal, GCT Taxila

Scope of the Contract

The selected contractor will be responsible for the complete operation of the hostel messes, including food preparation and service, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards. The menu and expected service standards are outlined in the tender documents.

Each bidder must submit rates per student per month, based on the menu provided in the bidding documents.

  • Weekly mess menu structure

  • Rules for day-to-day operations

  • Penalties for non-compliance

• Bids must be uploaded through the E-PADS portal before the closing time.
  Late submissions will not be entertained.

• It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure their bid is successfully uploaded on time. The college will not be liable for technical or connectivity issues.

Right to Reject

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA).
