Bidding Procedure

• The bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope process under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014, which means bidders will submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes at the same time.

• Bidders must submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of an irrevocable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. This should be in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan.

• Sealed bids must be submitted at the hospital’s office before the deadline. Bids received after the due time or without valid bid security will not be entertained.

• The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives, should they wish to attend, on the specified date and time at the hospital office.

Additional Guidelines

• Interested bidders can obtain the tender documents from the E-PAD portal, or download them from the Punjab PPRA website, up to the bid submission deadline.

• Bidders are advised to quote their best and final prices, as negotiations will not be conducted later.

• All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules.

• Bidders must submit:

  • Valid National Tax Number (NTN)

  • Income Tax Certificate

  • General Sales Tax (GST) Certificate (if applicable)
