Key Information for Bidders

• Bidding Method: This tender will be conducted through Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014, which allows all eligible and qualified bidders to participate.

• Bid Documents:
  Interested bidders can obtain the tender documents from EPADS or download them from the Punjab PPRA website until the closing date of bid submission.

• Submission Details:

  • Sealed bids must be submitted along with a 2% irrevocable Bid Security (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker’s Cheque from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan) made out in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan.

  • Late bids or those without proper bid security will not be entertained.

• Bid Opening:
  All bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan, on the same date and time mentioned above.

• Price Submission:
