Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from reputable and experienced organizations/companies for the renewal of the Bank’s Group Health Insurance Policy, covering both Conventional and Takaful options for the year 2025–2026.

Tender Details

• Bidding Procedure:
  This tender will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Process, as per Punjab procurement guidelines.

• Scope:
  Renewal of group health insurance coverage for BOP employees and their dependents under both conventional and Islamic (Takaful) options.

Important Dates & Instructions

• Availability of Documents:
  Bid documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded immediately from the EPADS portal or Punjab PPRA website after the publication of this notice.

• Submission Deadline:
  Bidders must upload their bids on the EPADS Portal no later than 04th July 2025 by 11:00 AM.

• Opening of Technical Bids:
  Technical bids will be opened on the same day, i.e., 04th July 2025 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

• Opening of Financial Bids:
  Financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified bidders, on a date and time to be announced later.

Additional Requirements

• Submission Mode:
  All bids must be submitted only through the EPADS portal.

• Bid Security:
  A minimum 2% bid security of the estimated cost (in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or UC) must be submitted in favor of The Bank of Punjab. The original must be submitted to the Head of Centralized Procurement Department before the bid submission deadline, while a scanned copy must be uploaded with the technical bid.

• Pricing:
  All quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

• Eligibility Documents:

  • Valid National Tax Number (NTN)

  • Valid General Sales Tax (GST) Registration

• Disclaimer:
