Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-bids from qualified and eligible Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Distributors for the supply of various goods listed below. Bidders must meet the eligibility requirements mentioned in the bidding documents and must be registered with PPRA EPADS, PPMC/NTDC/DISCO, and FBR under National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

Terms & Conditions

a. Quantities may be increased or decreased depending on available budget and PESCO requirements prior to issuance of Purchase Orders.
b. Only e-bids submitted through the EPADS portal will be accepted.
c. Bidding documents are available for download on EPADS for registered bidders.
d. A sealed Bid Security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) must be submitted physically at Room No. 310, PESCO HQ, before bid closing time. Offers without original bid security will be treated as non-responsive.
e. Bids will be opened publicly on the date and time mentioned above.
f. Conditional or incomplete bids, partial submissions, or bids without original bid security will be rejected.
g. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
