NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS – CREDIT OF UNPAID RIGHTS INTO CDS / DISPATCH OF PHYSICAL LETTERS OF RIGHTS

Askari General Insurance Company Limited is pleased to inform its valued shareholders that the unpaid rights have been credited to their respective Central Depository System (CDS) accounts on November 7, 2025, at the ratio of 40% ordinary shares for every 100 shares held as of the close of business on November 5, 2025.

Payment Procedure

1. Bankers to the Right Issue

All branches of Askari Bank Limited are authorized to receive payments from both CDS and physical shareholders.

2. Subscription through CDS

Shareholders holding shares in the CDS can subscribe to their right shares by submitting a Right Subscription Request (RSR) through their respective CDC Participant or IAS Department.

• Two copies of the RSR will be issued for payment purposes.

• The subscription can be made in full or partially, as per the shareholder’s choice.

3. Payments

• Payments can be made by cash, crossed cheque, demand draft, or pay order, in favor of:
  "Askari General Insurance Company Limited Right Shares (R-5) Subscription Account".

• All payments must be made through any authorized branch of Askari Bank Limited on or before December 1, 2025, along with the duly filled and signed RSR form.

• Non-Resident or Foreign Shareholders should make payments in Pak Rupees (equivalent to their subscription value) through a demand draft sent to the Company Secretary along with completed RSR forms and copies of NICOP or Passport.

• All cheques and drafts must be drawn on a bank located in the same city where the RSR is deposited.

• Any RSR received by post after the business hours of December 1, 2025, will not be accepted unless proof of timely dispatch is provided.

4. Online Payment Option (For CDC Account Holders)

CDC account holders may also pay online through 1Link using their 1Bill Payment ID, printed on the top right corner of the RSR.
Payments can be made via Internet Banking, ATMs, or Mobile Banking Apps of any 1Link member bank.

5. Acceptance of Payment and Credit of Shares

• Payments made on or before December 1, 2025, through authorized branches or online channels will be considered as acceptance of the Right Offer.

• Upon payment verification, Right Shares will be credited into respective CDS accounts within 14 days after the last payment date.

• Once paid, these Right Shares will not be tradable or transferable.

For Physical Shareholders

• Unpaid Rights issued in physical form can be deposited into CDS following the normal procedure, allowed up to seven business days before November 24, 2025.

• Shareholders must send their signed and renounced Letters of Rights, along with a CDS printout and a Securities Deposit Form.

Renunciation and Splitting

• Renunciation: Shareholders wishing to transfer (renounce) their rights should complete the relevant section on Page 3 of the Letter of Rights and submit it to the Company’s banker by December 1, 2025.

• Splitting: Requests for splitting Letters of Rights into smaller denominations must be sent to the Registrar, M/S THK Associates (Pvt.) Ltd., by November 13, 2025.

Fractional Rights

Any fractional entitlements will be consolidated and sold on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The net proceeds will be distributed among eligible shareholders within 15 working days after the completion of allotment.
