The Deputy Director Fisheries, Carp Fish Hatchery Badin invites sealed bids from reputable firms, companies, suppliers, and sole distributors for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement will cover items under the head of account: “Cost of Other Stores, Purchase of Drugs & Medicines, and Plant & Machinery”. How to Obtain Bidding Documents

  • Interested parties may obtain the bidding documents and detailed specifications from:
    Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland) – Hyderabad
    Fisheries Complex, Old Wahdat Colony, Qasimabad, Hyderabad

  • A written application and non-refundable tender fee in the form of Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of Deputy Director Fisheries, Carp Fish Hatchery Badin is required.

  • All bidders must have valid Income Tax (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST) registration.


Submission and Bid Security

  • Bidders must provide security equal to 5% of the total bid in the form of Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of Deputy Director Fisheries, Carp Fish Hatchery Badin.

  • The tendering method will be Single Stage – One Envelope, combining technical and financial proposals in one sealed envelope.

  • Bids must be submitted by 30th December 2025 before 12:00 noon, and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM.


Important Terms and Conditions

  1. Tendering agency may cancel the process at any time before acceptance of a bid, as per SPPRA Rule 25(1).

  2. Supplies must be completed within the timeline mentioned in the Schedule of Requirements.

  3. Bid documents must be on the company’s letterhead, clearly showing the address, phone number, and NTN number. Incomplete letterheads will not be considered valid.

  4. Supply orders will be issued based on available funds released by the Finance Department.

  5. Each tender is considered as one unit; split tenders are not allowed.

  6. Rates must include all applicable government taxes.

  7. Firms that are blacklisted or defaulters are not eligible to participate.

  8. If the government declares a public holiday, tender submission/opening will occur on the next working day.
