SSGC LPG Ltd. invites sealed quotations from eligible and reputable bidders for the following procurement, under the Single Stage – One Envelope Bidding System, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Tender Details

• Tender Number: SLL/1248/EPADS/F-25111451700

• Description: Supply of LPG cylinders with capacities of 45.4 kg and 11.8 kg, equipped with compact valves. Only OGRA-approved local manufacturers are eligible to participate.

• Bid Submission Deadline: December 12, 2025, at 11:00 hours

• Bid Opening: December 12, 2025, at 11:30 hours

The complete tender document contains the terms and conditions, procurement method, instructions for bid submission, bid validity requirements, evaluation criteria, and details regarding performance guarantees. As per the E-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023 (SRO 296(1)/2023), all bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

Required Documents

Bidders must upload the following documents with their bids through EPADS:

a) Valid GST, NTN, and SST registration certificates (as applicable). Bidder must be an active taxpayer as per the FBR database.
b) An undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100, confirming that the bidder is not debarred, temporarily or permanently, by any government department or authority.
c) Relevant certificates, authorizations, or approvals required under the tender enquiry.

Bidders must ensure that all mandatory certificates and documents mentioned in the tender advertisement and tender documents are uploaded on EPADS; otherwise, the bid may be rejected.

Suppliers must download the tender document from EPADS, complete the BOQ/bid form/schedule of requirements, and upload all signed and stamped documents through EPADS. Physical bids will not be accepted. However, bidders are required to submit the original physical bid bond to the SSGC LPG Procurement Department (Head Office, LDC Building) prior to the bid opening time; failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid.

SSGC LPG Ltd. reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the bidding process without assigning any reason. Prices quoted must include all applicable taxes except GST/SST, which should be shown separately. Any corrigenda, clarifications, or extensions will only be notified to those bidders who have purchased the tender documents.
