TENDER NOTICE

Complete Service, Repair/Maintenance of 3 Generators, Supply & Installation of 3 ATS (MOR) Panels, Power Factor Indicator (PFI) Panels, and Allied Works Including Mobilization from Campus-I to Campus-II

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) invites e-bids from technically qualified and financially sound firms for the shifting, servicing, repair, and maintenance of three generators, along with supply and installation of ATS (MOR) panels, PFI panels, and required allied works. The job includes complete mobilization from the City Campus to Campus-II, Chakri Road, Rawalpindi.

Terms & Conditions

1. Bidding firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

2. All prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, with GST/PST clearly indicated where applicable.

3. Quoted prices must remain valid for 90 days, extendable by another 30 days if required.

4. A 5% bid security of the total estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt, in favor of the Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, The Mall, Rawalpindi (FTN No. 9020016-0).

   • Estimated Cost: Rs. 13,195,070/-

   • Required Bid Security (5%): Rs. 659,754/-

   • A soft copy of the bid security must be attached with the e-bid on EPADS, and the original must be submitted to the University’s P&D Office.

   • E-bids without the correct bid security will be rejected.

   • No cheques, challans, cash, or instruments other than those specified will be accepted.

5. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20 November 2025 at 11:00 AM at the P&D Directorate. Attendance is mandatory for all interested bidders. Queries will not be entertained after this meeting.

6. The successful bidder must submit a 5% performance guarantee.

7. Firms must submit an undertaking (on stamp paper) confirming that they are not blacklisted by any procuring agency or PPRA.

8. The soft copy of the bid security must accompany the technical e-bid, and the original must reach the P&D Directorate before the tender opening time.

9. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any stage prior to acceptance, in line with PPRA Rules 2014. Grounds for rejection may be communicated upon request but do not require justification.

10. Any offer submitted through mail, courier, by hand, or through any channel other than EPADS will be rejected.

11. Tender documents are available on EPAD (Punjab), Punjab PPRA, and the FJWU website. Bidders must download the e-bidding documents from these platforms after publication of this notice.

12. The tender has been uploaded on the authority website on 13 November 2025. Response time will be calculated from the official publication date.
