Tender Notice

China Power Hub Generation Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (CPHGC) invites qualified and experienced companies to participate in a competitive bidding process for the “Provision of Integrated Facility Site Management and Support Services (including Logistics and Janitorial Services)” at its 1,320 MW Power Plant, offices, and residential areas. The bidding will follow an open competitive process.

1. General Information

CPHGC is seeking to hire a professional and experienced service provider to manage and maintain its facilities efficiently. The selected company will be responsible for a wide range of site management and support services, including:

• Electrical and civil maintenance works

• Laundry and cleaning services

• Waste and garbage management

• Routine inspection of equipment

• Property record management

• Other related services as detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document

Bidders are required to submit a comprehensive proposal in line with the technical and administrative requirements stated in the RFP.

3. Eligibility and Qualification Requirements

Interested bidders must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum five (05) years of proven experience in providing site management and support services.

• A successful track record of working with at least three (03) reputable clients.

• Preference will be given to companies with prior experience serving Chinese organizations or CPEC projects.

• Possession of valid licenses/certifications from relevant Federal and Provincial authorities to operate facility management services across Pakistan, including Balochistan.

• Must be registered with EOBI and Social Security authorities.

• Legally registered as a private or public limited company under the laws of Pakistan.

4. Bidding Process

• The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the CPHGC Head Office. An online PDF copy will also be shared upon request.

• The RFP fee is PKR 25,000/- (non-refundable), payable via bank transfer.

• RFP documents can be collected up to 3:00 PM on 19th November 2025.

• The submission deadline for bids is 3:00 PM on 4th December 2025.
