ANNUAL TENDER NOTICE

Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from reputable manufacturers, firms, companies, or authorized distributors duly registered with the Income Tax Department.

The national competitive bidding will be carried out online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under Rule 38(2-a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (PPR-14).

The bidding documents are available immediately after the publication of this notice. Interested bidders may view and download the bidding documents free of cost from the official procurement portals of PPRA Punjab and EPADS.

Tender Details

Bidders must submit their original bid security (in hard form) at the RWMC Head Office (address given below) before the closing date and time of bid submission.

Bid Submission and Opening

• Bids must be completed, signed, stamped, and fully compliant with the bidding document.

• Submission will be done online through EPADS.

• Technical bids will be opened online on the same day through EPADS, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

• The bid submission on the EPADS portal will be entirely the responsibility of the bidder.

• The response time for submission will be calculated from the date of publication of this advertisement on the EPADS website.
