Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids from reputable and experienced security assessment firms to conduct a comprehensive security needs assessment and to recommend a transition from manual security systems to digital surveillance, including the use of modern technologies aimed at improving efficiency and reducing overall security costs.

The security assessment will cover all company locations across six (06) operational zones as follows:

• Zone I: Faisalabad (Transmission) — including pipeline networks/installations comprising Section II and IV of Transmission.

• Zone II: Wah (Transmission) — including pipeline networks/installations comprising Section III of Transmission.

• Zone III: Multan (Transmission) — including pipeline networks/installations comprising part of Section I of Transmission.

• Zone IV: Rahim Yar Khan (Transmission) — including pipeline networks/installations comprising part of Section I of Transmission.

• Zone V: Distribution (North) — including offices and project camps from Peshawar Region to Gujranwala Region.

• Zone VI: Distribution (South) — including offices and project camps from Head Office, Projects HQ/Workshop, Lahore Region to Bahawalpur Region.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms must:

• Be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Authorities/Provincial Revenue Authorities (PRA, KPRA, SRB, etc.).

• Appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Tender Documents & Submission

Tender documents can be obtained or downloaded from the PPRA/EPADS portal.
All interested firms are required to:

• Submit their bids/proposals online through EPADS by 3rd December 2025, before 3:00 PM, and

• Submit the original physical bid/proposal, including the original bid bond, to the General Manager (Admin), 5th Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore before the tender opening time.

A tender document fee of Rs. 2,500/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must accompany the physical bid.

Bids will be opened on 3rd December 2025 at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting for all prospective bidders will be held on 25th November 2025 at 3:00 PM in the Conference Room, 6th Floor, SNGPL Head Office, Lahore.

Note to Consumers:
The ban on local (system) gas connections remains in effect. However, the Government of Pakistan has allowed the provision of domestic gas connections on RLNG (imported gas) tariff.

Applicants who previously paid urgent fees or demand notice charges for local gas connections can transfer their payments to RLNG-based connections by 1st December 2025 through the SNGPL website, mobile app (ConnectOn), or nearest Customer Service Center.

Those who do not wish to avail the RLNG connection may claim a refund of their deposited amount from SNGPL.
