Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Eligible contractors and firms must possess the required engineering capability and have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above, with specialization codes ME-03 and EE-04.

Submission Guidelines

• Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA E-PADS System before the closing date and time.

• No other mode of submission will be accepted.

• The original Bid Security/Earnest Money must be submitted physically to the address given below before the bid closing time. Failure to submit bid security will result in immediate rejection.

Additional Information

• PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for valid and justifiable reasons, which will be shared with bidders upon request.

• The time allowed for completion of the work is 150 days from the date of issuance of the written commencement order.

• Any financial instrument (such as a pay order or bank guarantee) that is found fake or dishonored at any stage will result in blacklisting and legal action in accordance with the law.
