The Special Investment Facilitation Council (Invest Pakistan) invites sealed tenders from reputable and financially sound firms/vendors based in the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area for the supply, installation, and setup of promotional material required for meetings, conferences, and seminars under the “Invest Pakistan” project.

Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure via E-PADS.

Only firms with a proven track record, relevant experience, and proper production and distribution facilities will be eligible to participate.

Submission of a detailed company profile highlighting experience in similar projects is mandatory.

Only firms demonstrating relevant expertise and sound financial standing will be considered for competitive bidding.

Earnest Money:

A refundable earnest money deposit of 5% of the estimated cost, in the form of a Bank Draft in favor of Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan, Islamabad, must accompany the tender.

Tenders without earnest money will not be considered.

Submission Deadline:

Upload tenders on E-PADS by 1st December 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

Tender opening will take place the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the Invest Pakistan office.
