CANTEEN CONTRACT NOTICE

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed quotations from qualified and experienced canteen contractors to operate the office canteen at its Regional Office, Plot No. 28–30, Sector I-9, Islamabad.

The contractor will be responsible for providing meals, tea, and bakery items to staff and visitors in a hygienic and efficient manner.

Submission of Quotations

Interested contractors are requested to submit their sealed quotations addressed to the undersigned by 10:30 AM on December 30, 2025.
The envelope and quotation must be clearly marked “Tender for Canteen Contract.”

All quotations will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at the SNGPL Islamabad Regional Office.

Facilities Provided by SNGPL

SNGPL will provide the following facilities free of cost to the successful contractor:

1. Canteen space within the premises.

2. Basic furniture and seating arrangements.

3. Gas supply with burners for kitchen use.

4. Electricity connection.

5. Water supply.

Tender Requirements

• Tender Form Fee: Rs. 2,500 (non-refundable).

• Bid Security: A Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 50,000 (refundable) in favor of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, issued by any scheduled bank, must be attached with the quotation.

• Quotations without the bid security will not be considered.

Important Note for Customers

Please note that new gas connections from the local system (system gas) remain suspended. However, the Government of Pakistan has allowed domestic gas connections on RLNG (imported gas) tariff only.

Consumers who have previously deposited fees for urgent or demand notice charges for system gas connections may have their payment transferred to RLNG connections by December 1, 2025, through the company’s website, mobile app “ConnectOn,” or by visiting the nearest Customer Service Center.

Customers who do not wish to proceed with an RLNG connection may apply for a refund of their deposited amount from SNGPL.
