Invitation for Request for Proposals (RFP)
Hiring of Consultancy Services for Renovation, Rehabilitation, Upgradation & New Construction at Custom House, Karachi
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Karachi, invites proposals from qualified and reputable consultancy firms for the provision of consultancy services related to the renovation, rehabilitation, upgradation, and new construction works at Custom House, Karachi. The assignment will be carried out under a consultancy Contract (MSA) for a period of two (2) years, which may be extended further based on performance and requirements.
This procurement will be conducted as per PPRA Rules using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested consultancy firms must meet the following criteria:

Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as a consulting firm.

Must be an Active Taxpayer registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Method of Selection

Selection will be made as per the QCBS method described within the RFP documents in accordance with PPRA Rules.
Tender Documents

RFP documents, including detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) and scope of work, will be available for download on EPADS following publication of the advertisement/NIT.
Submission of Proposals

Bidders must upload both Technical and Financial Proposals through EPADS on or before the deadline stated below.

Form: Pay Order in favor of Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Karachi

The pay order must be attached to the technical proposal, and the original must be submitted physically to the undersigned office before bid closing time.
