Procurement of Equipment for the Department of BUCPT

Bahria University Health Sciences Campus (BUHSC), Karachi invites sealed bids through the E-PADS portal from GST-registered firms and authorized suppliers for the procurement of equipment for the Department of BUCPT.

1. Scope of Procurement

The project includes the supply and installation of various equipment required for the BUCPT Department. Complete specifications for each item are provided in Annex-A of the tender documents.

2. Tender Documents

Tender documents, including specifications and scope of work, may be obtained through either of the following:

• Download from E-PADS

• Purchase in person by submitting a written request on company letterhead, specifying the number of copies required, and paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,200 (cash) at:

Adjacent PNS Shifa Hospital, DHA Phase-II, Karachi
Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 03:30 PM (Monday–Friday except public holidays)

3. Submission of Bids

• Bidding Method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure (as per PPRA Rules 2004)

• Bid Upload Deadline (Electronic): On or before 13 January 2026 – 11:00 AM via E-PADS

• Hard Copy Requirement: Original bid security must be submitted in person at Room G-9, Procurement Office, before the deadline

• Opening of Technical Bids: 13 January 2026 – 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (if they wish to attend)

Bid security must be submitted as a Pay Order in favor of "Bahria University Medical and Dental College"

4. Pricing Requirements

Bidders are required to quote their best and final prices, which must include:

• All applicable taxes (to be listed separately)

• Transportation

• Installation and commissioning

BUHSC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA-2004 and is not obligated to provide justification for rejection.
