This procurement forms part of Package No. 20, Lot-B for the BMT Center – Hospice & Palliative Care Center and the Main Hospital Building of the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore.
IDAP is an autonomous body established under the Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab Act, 2016, mandated to plan, design, construct, and maintain infrastructure in accordance with international best practices.

Submission Method
This procurement shall be conducted exclusively through the EPADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Interested applicants must be registered on EPADS to be eligible to participate. The RFP notice and complete RFP documents, including detailed technical and financial requirements, are available to registered bidders on EPADS and the PPRA platform.
The response time shall be calculated from the date of publication of this advertisement on the PPRA website.
Proposal Submission and Opening

Deadline for Submission of Proposals: 31st December 2025, no later than 02:30 PM

Opening of Technical Proposals: 31st December 2025 at 03:00 PM, through EPADS
Proposals must include separate Technical and Financial Proposals, prepared strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP document. Manual or hard copy submissions shall not be accepted.
In case the submission date falls on a public holiday, proposals shall be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same time.
IDAP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
