Sealed tenders are invited for the year 2025-2026 under SPPRA Rules 2010 (as amended) from PEC-registered contractors/firms in the relevant category for the following work:

Project: Extension ‘B’ Sub Drain of Sonhari System from RD 5+00 to 34+00 and its allied works in District Larkana & Kamber-Shahdadkot (ADP Scheme No. 1236 / 2025-26).

Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid PEC registration up to June 2026.

• Experience: One work ≥80% of estimated cost or two works ≥50% each, with completion certificates.

• Technical Proposal: Each page numbered and attested by firm owner.

• Bid Security: 5% of estimated cost in Bank Guarantee form in favor of Executive Engineer, North Dadu Drainage Division, Larkana.

• Bio-data of staff, audited reports, tax returns, bank statements, and list of machinery/equipment.

• Active NTN and SRB registration.

• Affidavits confirming no blacklisting, no litigation, and beneficial ownership.

Method of Procurement: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure

• Submission Deadline: 02-01-2026 up to 11:00 AM

• Technical Proposal Opening: 02-01-2026 at 12:00 PM

• Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened later, date communicated in advance.

• Technical proposals: One original + two copies; include original Pay Order/Bid Security if sending by courier.

• Available from the office of the Executive Engineer, North Dadu Drainage Division, Larkana, up to 02-01-2026, 10:00 AM, on submission of application and tender fee.

• Can also be downloaded from SPPRA website.

Terms & Conditions:

• Conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted.

• Bids not accompanied by required Bid Security will be rejected.

• Validity period: 90 days.

• In case of holidays or force majeure, submission/opening will be on the next working day.

Second Attempt (if needed): Date and time will be notified for un-responded or incomplete tenders.
