Special Instructions for Bidders

1. Upload a signed and stamped request letter on official company letterhead.

2. Attach the following documents (scanned copies):

   • Valid NTN

   • GST/PST certificates

   • CNIC of the owner/authorized representative

   • Proof of active taxpayer status

3. Vendors without an Ariba Network ID must register on the SAP Ariba Portal to access PSO tenders.
