• Bid Submission Deadline: December 19, 2025, at 11:00 A.M

• Bid Opening Time: December 19, 2025, at 11:30 A.M

Bids will be opened electronically through EPADS in the presence of those bidders who choose to attend. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be considered. All other conditions will apply as stated in the tender documents.
