Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed tenders from firms and suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the supply of Security Uniforms. The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure on a DDP basis for delivery to the Regional Store, IESCO Islamabad.

Bid Opening

• E-bid Submission Deadline: 16 December 2025, up to 10:30 AM

• E-bid Opening Time: 11:00 AM the same day

• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives (with authority letters) at the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4, Street No. 40, Islamabad.

Terms & Conditions

1. Only e-bids submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) will be accepted. All required information must be uploaded as per the bidding documents.

2. Bids will be evaluated under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

3. Prices must be final and firm on a DDP basis, with no foreign exchange component involved.

4. Bid validity must be 90 days.

5. A Bid Security/Guarantee of Rs. 300,000/- in original must be submitted in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, IESCO, Islamabad.

   • Validity: 120 days

   • Form: Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in Pakistan with a rating of A+ or above

   • Failure to submit bid security before closing time will render the bid non-responsive.

   • A signed and stamped copy of the Technical Bid may also be submitted at the time of e-bid opening.

6. Samples of the quoted items must be submitted before closing time; otherwise, the bid will be treated as non-responsive.

7. If the office remains closed due to a public holiday, strike, or any other reason on the scheduled opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

8. Bidders must quote for the entire quantity listed in the tender.

9. IESCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
