Tender Document Acquisition

Tender documents may be purchased up to one day before the closing date, between 0900 and 1230 hours on any working day. Documents can also be downloaded through EPADS.
Interested bidders must provide a copy of their valid Income Tax Certificate and latest Professional Tax Certificate when requesting tender documents.

Prospective bidders may review the tender documents in advance at the given address or on EPADS before making a purchase.

Tender Fee

The non-refundable tender fee is Rs. 2,500/-, to be submitted as a CDR or Pay Order in favor of SNGPL.

Bid Submission Requirement

Bids must be uploaded on EPADS. Additionally, a hard copy of the original/duplicate bid, along with the original Tender Fee CDR/PO, must be dispatched before the tender closing time and date.

Notice to Consumers

Please note that local (system gas) domestic gas connections are still on hold. The Government of Pakistan has eased restrictions only for domestic gas connections on RLNG (imported gas) tariff.

Customers who previously deposited urgent fee or demand notice payments for local gas connections may transfer their deposited amount to an RLNG connection until 1 December 2025.

Customers who do not wish to obtain a connection may request a refund of their deposited amount.
