The Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board invites sealed bids from original service providers, manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and eligible government contractors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Bids are invited for the following services under the non-development budget for the financial year 2025–26:

Tender Documents

Detailed bidding documents, including terms and conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Director, Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board, Satellite Town, Wahdat Colony, Shahrah Quaid-e-Azam, Jutial, Gilgit during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees eight thousand only).
Payment should be made through Treasury Challan TR-6, under Head CO-2199 (Others), in favor of Director Sports GB.

Bidding documents may also be downloaded from the Tourism Department’s official website at www.visitgilgitbaltistan.gov.pk

Submission & Opening of Bids

Bids, prepared as per the instructions given in the tender documents, must reach the office of the Director, GB Sports Board, at the address mentioned above, no later than 11:00 AM on 2nd December 2025.
All bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
