MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES
TENDER NOTICE

1. Applications are invited for the pre-qualification of contractors and firms by the Officer Commandant, GE (Army) Malir Cantt. Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement.

   Tender documents for the following works will be issued only to pre-qualified contractors/firms. Completed tenders must be submitted to the accepting officer no later than 1150 hours on 26 December 2025, and the tenders will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours.

The “At Par Cost” for each work will be provided at the time of issuance of tender documents.

Eligibility Criteria

2. Contractors and firms enlisted with MES in Categories A, B, C, D, and E are eligible to apply.

3. Contractors or firms not currently on the approved MES list must submit, along with their application, a statement detailing their work experience over the last two years and any ongoing projects, using the following format:

4. Details of the listed works may be obtained from the office of the concerned Executive Engineer on any working day.

5. Firms or contractors not registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) will not be considered for issuance of tender documents.
