The Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Hyderabad invites sealed bids from well-established, financially sound firms registered with both Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. The requirement is for the supply and delivery of uniforms and related items for officers and officials of the department. The details of required items are as follows:

Items Required

1. Stitched Camouflage Uniforms (fabric quality 20x16/100x50) with charcoal grey shirts – 210 pieces

2. Black color Double-Moulded Sole (DMS) shoes – 210 pairs

3. Black cotton socks – 210 pairs

4. Name tags embroidered in silver thread on Velcro (for the right chest) – 210 pieces

5. Black web belts with wide silver metal buckle embossed with Customs insignia – 210 pieces

6. Customs insignia in silver-colored metal badge – 210 pieces

7. Polo caps (black color) – 420 pieces

8. Metal front badges – 210 pieces

9. Formation badges – 210 pieces

10. Customs badge and Pakistan flag – 210 sets

Submission Details

• Sealed bids must be submitted into the Tender Box placed at the Administration Branch, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), A-49 SITE Area, Hyderabad.

• Deadline for submission: 31 December 2025 at 2:00 PM

• Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM, in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives.

Documents Required

Bidders must attach the following with their tender:

1. Valid Sales Tax Registration certificate

2. Valid Income Tax Registration certificate

3. Business profile for the last three years

4. Authority letter for the authorized representative

5. Copy of CNIC of the authorized representative

6. An affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted by any department

7. Samples or detailed specifications of all quoted items (mandatory)

Terms & Conditions

1. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.

2. No changes or modifications to bids will be allowed after the opening of tenders.

3. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted.

4. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes.

5. Successful bidders must comply with all government duties and taxes and will be required to submit a performance guarantee of 2% of the total bid value in the form of a pay order. This guarantee will be refunded after six months from the award of the contract.
