Invitation for Bids – Procurement of Lights

Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of lights for PSCA.

• Estimated Cost: PKR 19,241,181/- (inclusive of all applicable taxes)

The tender is announced on the PSCA website, the PPRA Portal, and the E-Pads Portal. The response time for bidders is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA Portal, December 04, 2025.

Submission Details:
Sealed and complete bids must follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as specified in the bidding documents and PPRA rules. All bids should be submitted through the E-Procurement/e-PAD system on or before 11:30 AM PST, December 25, 2025. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM PST in the presence of bidder representatives at the PSCA office.
