The Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Sanghar, invites sealed tenders from interested contractors, companies, or firms in accordance with S.P.P Rules 2010 (amended to date). Tenders should be submitted on Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) for the procurement of the development works listed below.

All bids must include Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit from any scheduled bank, pledged in the name of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Sanghar.

Procurement Method: Single Stage, Two Envelopes

Each bid must have two separate envelopes: Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal.

Financial proposals of technically non-responsive firms will be returned unopened.
Eligibility Requirements:
-
Valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board, PEC (for works > PKR 4M), and Electric Inspector for electrical works.

Completion of at least 3 similar works in the last 3 years with supporting certificates.

Bio-data of engineering/technical staff.
-
Annual turnover at least twice the estimated cost in the last 3 years.
-
Audited reports for last 3 years by ICAP-registered firm.

List of machinery/equipment owned or rented.

Bank certificate showing credit worthiness of at least 15% of estimated work cost.

Registration with NTN (FBR) and SRB with active status.

Affidavit confirming no criminal cases, court proceedings, or blacklisting.

Conditional or telegraphic tenders will not be entertained.

The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders as per SPPRA Rules 2010.
