Sealed tenders are invited for the year 2025-2026 under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended) from PEC-registered contractors/firms in the relevant category.

Eligibility:

• Valid PEC registration up to June 2026.

• Minimum experience: one work ≥80% of estimated cost or two works ≥50% each.

• Bid Security: 5% of estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee.

• Submission of audited reports, tax returns, bank statements, machinery list, staff bio-data, and affidavits confirming no blacklisting or litigation.

Method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure

• Technical and Financial Proposals to be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.

• Submission Deadline: 02-01-2026, 11:00 AM

• Technical Proposal Opening: 02-01-2026, 12:00 PM

• Second Attempt (if needed): 19-01-2026
