CORRIGENDUM NO. 1 & SECOND PRE-BID MEETING NOTICE
Project: Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain & Transfer of FGCC Properties
Reference is made to the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) dated November 30, 2025, and the Request for Proposals (RFP) reference no. TS744529E, issued on December 02, 2025, inviting eligible Bidders to participate in the Tender Procedure and submit proposals in line with the requirements of the RFP and applicable Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (PPRA EPADS Tender Number F-25121453390). All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall carry the meaning assigned to them in the RFP.
Second Pre-Bid Meeting
The Implementing Agency hereby informs all concerned that a Second Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled as per the following details:
Date: January 9, 2026
Time: 12:00 PM (PST)
Venue: C&W Camp Office, Road Research & Material Testing Institute (RR&MTI), Canal Road, Lahore
Interested Bidders are invited and encouraged to attend in person. Virtual participation will also be facilitated. Bidders planning to attend are requested to confirm the names of their representatives in advance.
Extension in Bid Submission & Opening Schedule
In response to written requests received from interested Bidders seeking additional time, the Implementing Agency has approved an extension in the timeline. The revised dates are as follows:
