TENDER NOTICE – AROR UNIVERSITY OF ART, ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN & HERITAGE, SUKKUR, SINDH

Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur invites electronic bids from qualified, experienced, and reputable service companies/firms for a PSDP-funded project titled:
“Immediate Needs for Artistic Innovation & Technology Integration at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sindh.”
This tender is being issued under the Single Stage – Two Envelope (46–2) procedure. The scope of work includes:
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Furniture and Fixtures in the CAIT Building at Aror University, Sindh.
Availability of Documents
Detailed e-bidding documents, including terms and conditions, will be available for download on EPADS and the official Aror University website from December 28, 2025 until January 14, 2026 at 02:30 PM.
Submission Requirements
Interested bidders are required to submit:

A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000
-
A bid security of 2% of the total tender amount (refundable), submitted through bank draft or pay order in favor of The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage
Both documents must reach the office of the Project Coordinator before the stated deadline.
Bid Submission & Opening

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before
January 14, 2026, up to 02:30 PM -
Manual/Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted

Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM

Only financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened and considered
General Terms

The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA/SPPRA rules

The university may cancel the bidding process at any stage before final acceptance, as per applicable regulations

Any errors, omissions, or clarifications will be corrected and communicated where necessary
