E-Bidding Process (Mandatory)

As per Government policy, all interested bidders are required to participate through electronic bidding (E-bidding) via the PPRA’s EPADS web portal.

• Prior registration on the PPRA EPADS portal is mandatory for electronic bid submission.

• The portal provides access to view tender documents, submit bids, and obtain all related information.

Bid Submission Procedure

• Bidders must first submit their bids electronically through the PPRA EPADS system.

• Additionally, hard copies of both Technical and Financial bids (with proof of online submission) must be placed in the Tender Box located at:

• Bids can be submitted by courier or by hand before 10:30 AM on the respective opening dates.

• The tenders will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in accordance with the schedule mentioned above.
