University of Faisalabad invites sealed tenders from eligible and registered firms for the procurement of high-performance laptops under the NRPU-funded research project titled:

“Blockchain-Enabled IoT Powered Supply Chain Traceability System for Counterfeit Drugs”

This procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure, in line with PPRA Rules and through the e-PADS system (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System).

Submission Process

All bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS.
The tender documents are free of cost and may be downloaded directly from the PPRA website or e-PADS platform.
The bid must include 2% bid security of the estimated value in the form of a valid instrument from a scheduled Pakistani bank.

Additional Notes

Firms must be registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Provincial Sales Tax (if applicable), and must also be enrolled with PPRA for e-procurement.
Bidders should submit two separate envelopes (Technical & Financial) in accordance with PPRA’s Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.
Late, conditional, or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
The tender opening will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
