To ensure transparency and sound financial oversight, RWMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible Chartered Accountant firms for the appointment of an external auditor.

Scope of Work

RWMC seeks to engage a qualified Chartered Accountant firm to conduct external audits of the company’s financial statements for the following fiscal years:

• 2022

• 2023

• 2024

• 2025

Eligibility Criteria

Only firms meeting the following criteria are eligible to participate:

• Must be rated ‘A’ on the State Bank of Pakistan’s Panel of Auditors.

• Must have relevant experience and capacity to audit government/semi-government organizations.

• Should be compliant with the rules outlined under Rule 38(2-a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submission Guidelines

• The bidding process will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure under the National Competitive Bidding system.

• The technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through the EPADS portal.

• Along with the online submission, the original bid security and a copy of the technical proposal (in hard form) must be submitted by hand or courier to the RWMC Head Office before the deadline (21 June 2025 at 11:00 AM).

Bid Opening

• Technical bids will be opened online on the same day (21 June 2025) at 11:30 AM.

• Representatives of the bidding firms may attend the online opening session.

• The entire responsibility of successful submission lies with the participating firm.
