Municipal Committee Mianwali invites bids from eligible and experienced firms/contractors for the following development schemes, under the PPRA e-tendering system. The process will be governed in accordance with the latest Punjab Procurement Rules.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   Only firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under relevant category/codes are eligible to participate. They must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement system.

2. Submission of Earnest Money

   • A 5% bid security (earnest money) of the estimated or quoted cost is mandatory, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), made out to the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Mianwali.

   • The original CDR must be submitted in person to the Tender Opening Committee at least 30 minutes before bid opening.

   • Failure to submit the original CDR in time will lead to immediate disqualification.

3. Bid Submission & Opening

   • Bids must be filled online via the Punjab PPRA e-tendering portal no later than 30 minutes before the opening time.

   • After uploading their bids, contractors are encouraged to be present at the Municipal Committee Office, Mianwali, on 21st June 2025 at 01:30 PM. Bids will be retrieved and results announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and participating contractors.

4. Integrity & Disqualification

   • Any fake or misleading documents or information, including CDRs or receipts, will lead to disqualification.

   • Such firms will be blacklisted, and their cases may be referred to PPRA and PEC for further action.

5. Right to Reject

   • The Municipal Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in line with PPRA Rule-35.
